Amazon launches Kindle Fire HD in 170 countries - De Morgen

Amazon launches its Kindle Fire HD tablets in more than 170 countries, including Belgium. The aircraft were until now only available in seven countries including America, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan. The Apple iPad is available in more than 50 countries, reports The Verge.

The Android Appstore the company is available in nearly 200 regions. Yet Amazon has no Dutch webshop. The web address is a Belgian insurance while the Dutch site leads to the UK store.
