Coins go beyond Amazon Kindle, now usable on Android devices - Digital Spy UK

Amazon has expanded its use of virtual currency beyond Kindle Fire.

Amazon Coins can now be bought or spent on the Amazon Appstore on Android smartphones and tablets for the first time.

The virtual currency was first introduced in the U.S. last May and rolled out to the UK and Germany in November.
