Blurb launches worldwide distribution through Ingram and making books available for Kindle

Blurb, the independent online publishing platform, announces a partnership with Ingram Content Group for worldwide distribution of books. In addition, the indie publisher announces a new, sharper-priced line of books. These two announcements, coupled with the ability to create Blurb books available for the Kindle platform from Amazon, henceforth ensure that authors sell their books worldwide with a good margin. Blurb authors can now use any type of book, whether it’s a novel, photo, cooking or business book, self-designing, publishing and selling. Authors can publish both digital and print books from a single file, and they sell through Ingram new initiative through more than 39,000 locations around the world, both online and through traditional retailers.
