Amazon doubles storage memory Kindle Paperwhite – Nutech

Amazon has the Kindle Paperwhite e-reader upgrade. The new model has 4GB of storage memory instead of 2GB.

This confirms Amazon versus TechCrunch .

Very many Kindle users will not have the extra gigabytes. Most e-books do not take up much space; the 2GB version is already about a thousand e-books can be stored.

For the rest of the e-reader from Amazon remains identical to the previous model. Amazon also emphasizes that it is not a new model goes, but an upgrade. A new e-reader from Amazon is expected this fall. That model will supposedly a much sharper display with 300 pixels per inch. The current White Paper has a display with 212 pixels per inch
