7 inch version of Amazon’s Kindle Fire HDX has a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset at 2.2 GHz. Working memory is 2 GB and the internal memory is 16 GB, 32 GB or 64 GB. The tablet runs on a customized version of Android 4.2.2, called Fire OS 3.0, for example, contains no Google Play store. The only preinstalled store to buy android applications and games is that of Amazon itself.

This tablet has a slightly less powerful processor, but will come back without a custom operating system.
