Amazon Kindle crowdfunding platform Scout launches worldwide – Tablets Magazine

Amazon has announced that the crowdfunding platform for e-books, called Kindle Scout, is now available worldwide. This also means that writers from Europe and other parts of the world a chance to make the realization of their project.

On crowdfunding platforms no lack today. We use them for the realization of movies, games, board games or humanitarian aid, but also for books, Amazon knows. That company has set up its own crowdfunding platform in 2014 for digital books, called Kindle Scout. With Kindle Scout can (potential) writers leave a piece of their story read, and an interested reader can decide whether he wants to give money to be delivered to the book – as is Amazon Books will release via Kindle

Until now, this service only available in the US, but as of now it is for writers from Canada, Europe, Australia and other areas as possible to submit their snippets. The story must be in English. When people like your piece, then Amazon will decide within 45 days whether your story is published through Kindle Scout. Besides access to the marketing department of Amazon, writers get $ 1500 and fifty percent e-book royalties when the book is officially released.

It is true that Amazon always has the last word. A story is still so popular online, but when the Kindle Scout team still finds nothing (even simply put), the book is not yet published. Since its launch 75 books launched.
